Delivery

When will I get my order?

usually itll take around 3 to 7 days to make an order, after which delivery will usually take:

– USA: 3–4 business days
– europe: 6–8 business days
– australia: 2–14 business days
– japan: 4–8 business days
– international: 10–20 business days

Will I be charged customs for my order?

printful may fulfil your order from international facilities, so customs might be charged. we dont really have much control over this sorry :(

How are your products made?

because we dont have anywhere to hold stock, we currently fulfil all our orders through printful! each order is manufactured by them on demand and shipped directly to you

Can I track my order?

youll get an email when printful fulfils the order with a link to order tracking!

Do you offer refunds?
