Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

due to using a print-on-demand service for manufacturing most of our products, our return policy is pretty strict:

refunds are only offered if you recieve the wrong product or your items are damaged, we cannot accept refunds for incorrect sizes or buyer’s remorse

email store@zatzhing.me with photo evidence within 30 days of your purchase and we will forward it onto printful, our supplier

if printful accepts your request, we will refund your order
